Austin continues to work as a songwriter in L.A., He decides he needs another challenge and branches out into the restaurant industry with his own special brand of BBQ, and a short, sassy woman named Cheyenne to inspire him.
Sydney spends some time traveling with Samson and faces the reality of becoming a single mom. She settles in Indiana with her friend Micky's family and becomes enamored with Micky’s brother-in-law, Vinnie. He may be just the man Sydney needs to heal her heart.
