Sometimes all it takes is patience.

MJ: Once upon a time, basketball was my everything. My lifeline. Along the way, I had lost it. One moment turned me away from the only sport I’ve ever loved, and I found myself in a different jersey, wearing a different number, holding a different ball. What I didn’t see coming was one clash with a set of brown eyes that changed it all.

Ty: I was the new guy on campus after I got transferred. Settled in the new life, new place, and new team, my eyes set on the volleyball captain. The only problem is that the object of my affection doesn’t date Basketball players. The world saw her free spirit, the drive, the fire. But I saw the pain, the hurt, and I wanted to take it away. All I had to do was be patient, wait for her to be ready, to let me in… and to hope she, one day, will.
