A year has passed since heroes and villains joined forces with Heaven and Hell to scatter the Gods across their own realms of power. But that victory came at a terrible price. Friendships broken, loves lost, and the aftermath of the dead roaming the streets for days haunt the mortal world. Still, the Devil could breathe easy knowing the cruel Gods would never take form again. Until a human bookshop owner begins a quest to uncover the secret behind her brother’s gruesome fate. Her obsession might undo all their sacrifices. Unless the Devil can tempt a mortal away from this deadly knowledge. But that's easier said than done.
