Stranger in the Pod

After years of intensive training, Nymeera has reached the rank of captain in record time. She is awarded command of a small stealth vessel—the Echo. Around them, war with a hostile alien species is heating up, but rather than being sent to the front lines, her superiors order her to explore the Centauri Nebula. A part of space no human has ever gone... or so the history books had led her to believe.

On the way to the nebula, her ship encounters a five-hundred-year-old vessel adrift in space. And inside? A man who is still alive.
