When Felix Simms took over the position of mayor in the small town of Havers-by-the-Sea, he had no idea he’d inherit so many problems. Between the town of Fayet suing them for magical appropriation, a looming budget crisis, and the butt cheek bandit’s reign of terror, the last thing Felix needs is to be saddled with his delinquent sister’s urchins over the holidays.
