As a demon who feasts on fear, Prince Kyler has never had a reason to be afraid. Not until his little sister, the only person he still loves, is abducted from the palace. When the King chooses to leave her to her fate, Kyler must do the unthinkable -- defy his father and leave the safety of his kingdom behind.

With no one to turn to and monsters more powerful than anything he has faced before standing in his way, he's running out of time. And even if he saves her, will their cruel father allow them to return, or make him pay for his disobedience?
