2026 SYE EVENT APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in applying to our 2026 Stuff Your eReader events! We will be running our events differently starting this year, so please be aware of the following changes:

Books may be entered into one themed event.

Books may be entered into one mash event (not including the novella/short story, debut, or series events).

Books may be entered into one "type" event (i.e. novella/short story, debut, or series).

Books can therefore be entered into three total events.

You can enter more than one book in an event, but not in multiple events as listed above.​

The reason we have made the above changes is to keep things fresh for our readers, so they can expect to have different books at each event. Due to this change, please ensure that you select one themed event that is a good fit for your book and one mash-up event that is in a different quarter. This will help ensure that you do not have issues with promoting your book

If your book does not have any of the major tropes for a themed event, it is possible that your book does not fit into that theme. Please make sure to select an event for which your book is a good match.

If you do not fill out the form correctly, your book will not be included in the event(s) you selected. Please ensure that you read all instructions carefully and complete the form accurately.

Event Information
Before selecting events, please make sure your book is good for that event by visiting the IAC Major Trope List. Also please make sure that you select one promo per quarter or you will run into issues with Amazon, if you use them, as they run promotions per quarter. You can see your quarter information in KDP.

We go through each book and will remove your book if it does not suit the event selected. Click here to open a window for the IAC Major Trope List. You will need it open in order to complete your application.
IAC Major Tropes
Please list all tropes for your book for only the event you are applying to from the IAC Major Trope list. For example, do not list tropes from the romance section if you are applying for the fantasy event.

If you add tropes that are not on the list or that are from a list not for the event you are applying for, they will be removed.
Promotion Information
Please be specific when choosing the promotions for your book. Use the "promotion information" space to specify which event each promotion applies to if you will be running different promotions for different events.
Final Note & Agreements
Please note that we cannot guarantee sales or downloads (especially if you opt-in for $0.99, pre-order, or KU/KP promotions). We also cannot force or guarantee reviews for books that are purchased/downloaded. It is up to you, as the author, to determine which event is best suited for your book and to ensure that your book has all the information required for an event. If your book is missing information or the promotion ends in the middle of an event, it will be removed from the event. Please look over your information before submitting this form as you will not be able to edit the information after submitting. We will remove books that do not fit the themed event, so please make sure you have selected a themed event that is suited for your book. If you would like to add more than one book, you will need to fill out the form for that book.
