A Sliver of Moonlight

15 years ago, old tunnels collapsed deep beneath Paris, separating Luka from his father’s expedition team. Trapped and with no way out, he’s thought dead.

Now, in present day, Aleksandrs Vilks hires a mercenary named Mire in one last attempt to find any traces of his nephew before he is officially declared dead. What Mire finds underground are strange murals and ancient warnings, long empty waterways and scattered bones. He does not expect to find many traces of a long lost six year old, let alone a fully grown young man with pale, lilac eyes and a looming shadow filled with sharp teeth.

But while the deep underground is dark and isolating, a dim sliver of moonlight glows.
For what lies beyond despair, if not hope.
