We require a universal book link to apply. You can get one for free from Books2Read. Please make sure you have an Amazon and/or Kobo link supplied for your book. Other links will not be used.
Promotion
Application Disclosure
Please note that we cannot guarantee sales or downloads. We also cannot force or guarantee reviews for books that are purchased/downloaded. As the author, it is up to you to determine which event best suits your book and to ensure it includes all required information. If your book is missing information or the promotion ends mid-event, we will remove it from the event without notice, as we send multiple email reminders before the event launches. Please look over your information before submitting this form, as you will not be able to edit the information after submitting. We will remove books that do not fit the themed event, so please make sure you are applying for the appropriate event that suits your book. If you would like to add more than one book, you will need to fill out the form for each book.
AI Disclosure
We do not allow any AI-generated books or covers into our events. If your book was generated using AI or if the cover appears to be AI-generated, we will automatically decline your application. If we have questions, we will reach out.
Author Responsibility
It is your responsibility as the author to:

set up your promotion on time,

communicate if you need to change your promotion before the start of the event,

remember when the event is happening, and

remember what promotion you have selected.

We don't have the time to search through hundreds of applications for your book. Please respect our time and energy for these events. If you need help tracking promotions, please consider hiring our PA firm for assistance.
Communication
If we have questions about your application, we will reach out. You are responsible for responding in a timely manner. Please remember that a lot of effort goes into these events, and respond respectfully. We will not tolerate harrassment, threats, or begging. If you act disrespectfully, you will be removed from the event and banned from future events.

We will create an Instagram group chat for each event. These are entirely optional, and you don't have to join. Communication in the group chat must remain respectful and free of bullying, harassment, threats, and advertising. Breaking these rules will result in removal from the event and the group.
We will email you within 1-2 weeks after the previous month's event ends to let you know whether your book was accepted or declined. Please do not email us to ask about your application or submit a new one. It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you entered on this form receives our emails and is accurate. To ensure delivery, please add our email (admin@indieauthorcollective.com) to your whitelist.
