Holiday Headaches

Step into the whirlwind of the 2004 holiday season with Holiday Headaches, a collection of three short stories featuring characters from The Rock Star's Wife series that prove the holidays are both a blessing and a headache!

First, meet new parents Cassandra and Nat Hardwick whose world is turned upside down when their 11-month-old gets sick.  Forget sugar plums.  Visions of fever reducers and frantic Google searches dance in their heads. Suddenly, visions of sugarplums are replaced with insurance adjusters and rental car agreements. Can they salvage their holiday spirit, or will this accident turn into a full-blown Christmas catastrophe?

Finally, Vanessa and Brandon grapple with the most terrifying holiday monster of all: credit card debt.  Between three growing kids and unexpected bills, their spending has spiraled out of control. Will they be able to rein in their finances before Christmas morning, or will they be facing a mountain of bills bigger than Santa's sack?
