In the thrilling conclusion to The Rock Star's Wife series, the world slowly emerges from the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Cassandra "Cassie" Hardwick, wife of Nat Hardwick, the charismatic frontman of the legendary band, Dramatic Sneezer, faces her biggest challenge yet: her kids growing up.

Megan is diving headfirst into her first serious relationship, the kind that makes Nat reach for his shotgun (figuratively, of course).  Cassie desperately clings to the last vestiges of her daughter's innocence. Good luck with that, Cassie! You'll need it.

Joshua's decided that strumming a guitar is far more appealing than, say, algebra. He's formed a band, naturally. And he's also discovered girls.  Think hormones, questionable lyrics, and a garage that smells suspiciously of teenage angst and stale pizza.

Sweet, precocious Sophie officially enters the wonderful world of puberty.  Cassie feels a little like she's aged approximately 75 years overnight. And Nat? Well, let's just say he's started carrying around a Taser. Again, figuratively.

And then there's Matthew, the baby of the family, whose innocence is slipping away far too quickly.  Cassie's trying to savor every last moment of his childhood, knowing that all too soon, he'll be trading in his dinosaur toys for… well, probably a guitar. It's genetic, after all.

So grab your air guitar, crank up the volume, and prepare yourselves, people, because this ain't your mama's minivan carpool drama. This is rock and roll parenting, baby!  Because in the world of rock and roll, anything is possible. Even surviving parenthood. (Although, some days, it feels like a miracle.)
